Wartribe of Binyamin’s Human Branding Framework

Origins

WarTribe began as a concept called iVatars, sketched in 2010 by the Gravity Jack team, who were building augmented reality games before most people had heard the term. A 2012 Kickstarter proved the idea was ahead of the hardware, so they kept circling back until the technology caught up. Led by Luke Richey, the project returned with a bigger question: could a game be altruistic by design, building lasting support for unreached people groups while rewarding the people who play it and back it?
Axis

A game worth playing for its own sake that also changes lives outside it. Where in-game spending usually buys nothing in the real world, WarTribe turns a share of every purchase into paid translation work for unreached language groups, and lets players see the impact they're making.
Beliefs & Behaviors

Business can change lives and still reward the people who back it. Hungry people have no ears: before people can hear the gospel, they need income, education, and resources, and given a generation, that's how poverty is truly overcome.

A share of in-game spending pays people in economically challenged regions to translate into their own heart languages, tracked transparently so players can see where their money goes. Every character, world, and 3D asset is built in house by a team dedicated to the game.
Signals

The sword, the shield, and the cross, and a right hand for Binyamin, whose name means "son of the right hand." The game's own language carries the rest: daemons to fight, the ecumenopolis, and heart languages.
Outsiders

Built for players who want their play to matter, and for anyone who believes an AR game can stand alongside the biggest-budget titles. It isn't made for people who'd rather a game stay just a game.
Future

Become a featured experience on Apple Vision Pro, keep a dedicated team building the world, and collect before-and-after stories from players whose lives changed because of a game. Fun comes first; everything else flows out of it.
