Origins

An athlete whose career ended in injury, Steven spent years training elite athletes while privately believing he wasn't good enough. Working through that led him to mental performance coaching in 2000, and today his focus is reaching young athletes and students before those beliefs take hold.

He works on the operating system, not the symptom, finding the root belief behind a performance problem so change happens in days instead of months.

"We always do it ourselves, but we never do it alone." People are more than they think they are, and nothing is ever just business or just personal.

Full-day intensives address the root belief while easing urgent symptoms, and he interviews clients every year about their experience. He turns away parents whose only goal is turning their kid into a pro.

Project Breakdown

Steven Griffith’s brand signaled toughness and credibility, but the people most likely to reach out were worried parents looking for help for their kids. We rebuilt the strategy around that gap with a compassion-first approach, using education as the tool and trust as the destination, and crafted a unique story that connects Steven’s elite coaching background to the families he serves today. From there we designed, wrote, and built the entire site at agamecoach.com, from the homepage and about page through every program, coaching, and pricing structure. We also created a tools and resources page that organizes his videos, articles, and media so families can easily find the guidance they need.
