Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Brandch Design & Marketing (“brandch,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a branding and web design studio based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This policy explains what information our website, brandch.com, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

When you apply for a website or contact us through the form on our site, we collect what you enter:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and current website
  • The services you’re interested in, your budget and your timeline
  • What you tell us about your project, and how you heard about us
  • Any projects you saved while browsing our work

The form is sent to us by email. We don’t store your answers in our website’s database. To fill in the booking calendar for you after you apply, our site keeps your name, email and business name for up to 24 hours, then deletes them.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter in the calendar under its own privacy policy.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses a few tools that collect information about your visit automatically:

  • Google Analytics records which pages you visit, how you found our site, and general information about your device, browser and approximate location. We use it to understand how people use the site. Google’s use of this data is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records page visits and certain actions on our site, such as viewing a project, saving a project, or submitting the application form. We use it to measure our ads and to show ads to people who have visited our site. If you arrive from one of our Meta ads, we store a cookie for up to 90 days so the visit can be connected to that ad.
  • Spam protection. To limit repeated form submissions, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour. It can’t be turned back into your address.

Your browser also stores a few things for the length of your visit only, such as an unsent form draft and the projects you’ve saved, so they don’t disappear between pages. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

3. Content from other services

Some pages include content hosted by other companies, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram and Spotify embeds, and fonts from Google Fonts. When that content loads, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

4. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls and work with you on your project
  • To understand and improve how our website is used
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our site
  • To keep spam and abuse off our forms

5. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our website and business on our behalf:

  • Our web host, which stores the website
  • Mailgun, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
  • Cal.com, for booking calls
  • Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising tools described above

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the enquiries you send us for as long as we need them to talk with you and work together, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your choices

8. Children

Our website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
