Got questions?

How much does it cost to work with you?

We understand that cost is usually a huge part of determining what vendor you choose. Which is why we always do our best to work within the budget you have set aside. Given that, our projects can range widely depending on the scope of work, timeline and risk. Branding projects can start as low as $1,500 and have gone as high as $25,000. Websites operate similarly.
Do I own my Human Branding Framework after the work is completed?

Think of it like your fingerprint, of course you own it— because it’s entirely unique to you. We may create things together to add to your framework, or revise it to help your goals, but it is yours entirely. The only thing we require when we work together is that we can share a public facing version of your story.
Do you have a large team or support larger companies?

At brandch, it’s in the name. We are two owner operators (for now), Brandon and Charlee. In spite of that we integrate well into larger companies if needed, and have set methods to adjust for multiple stakeholders that are required.
How are projects scheduled?

Projects are scheduled in a combination of scope of work and price of project. Because we are only two people, we have to ensure all projects are given enough time and energy to be perfect for you, while balancing those who are waiting to onboard. We always collaborate with your schedule, your timeline to ensure expectations are in line and that you have a fantastic experience.
What does it look like when work is completed and the project is closed?

Once your project finishes, we transition into a casual support team for you. During project-end we organize a directory of deliverables, and things you need to know to have a successful time with what we’ve made. You can decide to work on those items with us, or solo. For clients who host with us, we are available to them on an as-needed basis. For those who just have questions or other requests, we are on an as-available basis depending on the calendar. Emergencies are always handled promptly.
How are the websites built?

Websites are designed in Figma first and transitioned into development through custom-code. Don’t let that last phrase scare you, Brandon has created an interface that makes it easy to interact with and update your website as if there were no difference. Thanks, Brandon! Websites are also always SEO friendly, and made with best practices in mind. Ensuring that your goals whether conversion or education are prioritized in the design experience. We do not generate traffic to websites outside of advertising and general SEO practices.
What results have you achieved?

As a two person studio who’s been doing this for 6 years, we’ve achieved some things we are very proud of. From working with incredible people, to sourcing fortune 500 clientele like Q’Atar & Old Spice to our clients, generating millions of dollars in revenue for the businesses we work with, raising half a million dollars in 90 days for an app through targeted campaigns— the list goes on. For Acme, we’ve 10x’d their revenue monthly since starting. For Glenrose, we’ve made them as busy as their most successful years, and they’ve been around since the 80s. We could go on, but what is really incredible about it all is that we are connected with each and every one of our clients that we’ve had.
How does traditional studio branding happen given your framework?

Think of the framework as the state of the union for the project. We ensure we pull from a shared directory of inspiration and story to transition into logo work, full brand books and more. Everything is completed in the perspective of a ‘Signal’, that your visuals are to signal what your story is and who you are. Much like other studios, we go through iterations and audience testing to ensure that we are aligned with what you want early on.
