Pat Norton went from athlete to insurance executive, and learned firsthand what happens when people who were always coached suddenly lose their coach. After burning out chasing achievement, he now helps others build success without sacrificing their lives.

Project Breakdown

Pat Norton helps insurance advisors build stronger businesses by looking past commission and choosing carriers that actually support their growth. We gave Norton Consulting a complete new brand, including a visual identity, custom graphics, and a website that positions Pat as a strategic partner for advisors who feel stretched thin. To turn his consulting insight into something advisors could experience on their own, we designed the Top 5 Carrier Scorecard, a downloadable lead magnet that lets them rate their carriers and see where their lineup is helping or holding them back. The result is a brand that meets advisors where they are and gives them a clear reason to start a conversation with Pat.
